Ancient Science, Proven Relief
Acupressure is a healing technique rooted in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine. By applying firm pressure to specific points on the body, it stimulates the body's natural healing response - improving circulation, reducing pain, and restoring balance.
Unlike medicine, acupressure has no side effects and can be learned by anyone. JSS has been teaching this technique freely since 1998 under the guidance of trained practitioners.
Common Conditions & Pressure Points
Headache & Migraine (LI4 Point)
LI4 Point - the fleshy web between thumb and index finger. Apply firm circular pressure for 30 seconds on each hand. Helps ease tension headaches, toothaches, and neck pain.
Back Pain (BL23 Point)
BL23 Point - 1.5 inches on either side of the spine at waist level. Apply gentle circular motion for 1 minute to stimulate low-back pain relief, bolster kidney reserves, and reduce fatigue.
Diabetes Support (SP6 Point)
SP6 Point - 3 finger-widths above the inner ankle bone. Stimulates the pancreatic reflex zone via foot reflexology, promoting healthy digestion and insulin balance.
Stress & Anxiety (PC6 Point)
PC6 Point - 3 finger-widths above the wrist crease on the inner forearm. Applying firm pressure here calms the mind, reduces heart palpitations, and mitigates insomnia in under 60 seconds.
Digestive Issues (ST36 Point)
ST36 Point - 4 finger-widths below the kneecap, 1 finger-width lateral to the shin bone. Daily practice improves digestion, alleviates stomach bloating, and strengthens overall vitality.
